Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, Product Management, and Data Science.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define job requirements and compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and technical terminology is a plus.
- Must reside in the greater Oakland, CA area or be willing to commute to our office for occasional team syncs.
