Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for open requisitions within a specified timeframe.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in the Phoenix, AZ job market or willingness to relocate.
