Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open technical positions (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment metrics.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
