Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO audits to optimize our digital presence.
- Manage job postings on major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) to attract top talent across Ohio and beyond.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and employer branding.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.
- Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
