- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-converting SEO strategies.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting.
- Experience in the California tech market is a plus.
