Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
- Manage job postings across multiple ATS platforms and job boards.
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fill technical positions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize career pages for SEO.
- Analyze web traffic and recruitment metrics to improve performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
