Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical positions.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks, to identify passive candidates in the Detroit area.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimizing for SEO.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to understand salary trends and competitor activities in the local area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably in the Michigan market.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong research and internet-sourcing skills with the ability to find niche talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local Detroit job market is a significant plus.
