Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various tech stacks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to travel to Seattle for team meetings (optional).
