Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional research projects with quantum hardware partners like IBM Quantum and Rigetti
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, IEEE Quantum) and present at conferences
- Collaborate with AI ethics teams to ensure responsible quantum AI deployment
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (Azure Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum security protocols
