Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and value realization
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze usage data and provide actionable insights to enhance product adoption
- Coordinate product training workshops and onboarding sessions
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve escalations with empathy
- Collaborate with product team to communicate client feedback for product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success/account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention and growth metrics
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a virtual team environment
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
