Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for software and hardware problems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Continuously update knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements for remote support workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with clear, patient explanation abilities
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with teams
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support ticketing platforms
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
