Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform quality checks to ensure zero-error data integrity for financial and client records
- Utilize proprietary software with provided equipment for streamlined data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual tools to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools
- Type 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy in timed assessments
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote work environments
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (tested during onboarding)
- Ability to work Pacific Time business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
