Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify qualified technical candidates for open positions.
- Weekend Operations: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process exclusively during weekend shifts to support global hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture talent pipelines to ensure a steady stream of applicants for future roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or Human Resources.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability.
- Tools: Proficiency in using ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
