Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with global support teams for seamless handovers
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues
- Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 engineers with detailed context
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or help desk role
- Experience with remote work environments and night shifts
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and work autonomously
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
