Responsibilities
- Monitor network security systems and respond to overnight alerts within SLA
- Remotely troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure issues for enterprise clients
- Implement security patches and updates during maintenance windows
- Collaborate with global IT teams via secure communication channels
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Conduct proactive system health checks during shift hours
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers with detailed context
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
