Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Train end-users on IT best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer communication abilities
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (e.g., 7 PM - 7 AM)
