Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, server issues, and network outages during overnight shifts
- Document all troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global IT teams using Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack communication tools
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches during low-traffic windows
- Mentor junior support staff during shift transitions and handovers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or overnight availability
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Strong written communication for technical documentation and client updates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
