Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot server outages, and implement preventive maintenance
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and remote desktop
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios) and ticketing systems
