Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MT)
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handoffs
- Manage incident response for critical outages during overnight hours
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and updates during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and application issues
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for documenting technical procedures
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
- Flexibility to work weekends during critical system deployments
