Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, system logs, and network anomalies
- Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Document incident reports, resolution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incidents and system deployments
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patch updates
- Support users across multiple time zones with complex technical challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Excellent written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration
- Must reside in El Paso metropolitan area for timezone alignment
