Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access during night shift hours
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address server/network outages
- Document all support tickets with detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments
- Perform security patches and system updates during off-peak hours
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and configuration management records
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPNs, and remote desktop tools
- Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity issues
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM PST (flexible schedule possible)
- Excellent written communication for after-shift reporting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
