Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

- Proficiency in remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems
