Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and respond to service tickets via ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for diverse client environments
- Document all interactions, solutions, and processes in CRM knowledge base
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover of unresolved issues
- Perform system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/help desk role
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home internet connection
