Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services, and network security during overnight hours
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and maintenance windows
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal supervision
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Azure
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Proficient with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, SolarWinds)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
