Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with global teams during major incident response
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and security protocols
- Conduct system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Mentor junior technicians during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow preferred)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
