Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network, hardware, and software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools and proactively address potential threats
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages and scheduled maintenance windows
- Implement security patches and updates according to company protocols
- Train and mentor junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct periodic system audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
