Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and network security protocols
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues via remote access and ticketing systems
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages and system upgrades
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Train junior technicians on remote support methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Excellent written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend on-call rotations
