Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, network systems, and enterprise applications
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues during overnight hours
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and ticketing systems for cross-functional incident resolution
- Document troubleshooting processes and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and system upgrades during low-traffic windows
- Mentor junior support staff through rotational shadowing programs
- Participate in monthly cross-departmental innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift or on-call rotations
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise network security protocols
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (CISSP preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation and remote collaboration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Nagios, or SolarWinds
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated escalation management experience
