Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions
- Monitor system health during night hours and proactively address potential disruptions
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for all client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 IT support or helpdesk environments
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- High-speed home internet connection and dedicated workspace
