Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 remote technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Monitor system health using advanced monitoring tools and proactively address security threats
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPN configurations and access controls
- Train junior support staff on emerging technologies and troubleshooting methodologies
- Optimize system performance through regular audits and infrastructure updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoho Assist)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex network and system issues
- Exceptional communication skills with clear documentation abilities
- Must be available to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM PST) with flexible scheduling during critical incidents
