Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and cybersecurity tools
- Monitor network security infrastructure and respond to alerts during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical security incidents
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift/schedule flexibility
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
