Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, security incidents, and user tickets during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, network issues, and cybersecurity protocols
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-timezone security events and system deployments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security patches during maintenance windows
- Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or on-call rotation background
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems and enterprise networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
