Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Monitor network security alerts and respond to critical incidents during overnight hours
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document all troubleshooting processes and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-continental handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory administration
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network issues
