- Collaborate with global teams during critical system updates and maintenance windows

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise networking, security, and virtualization
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills for cross-team documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
