Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems, networks, and cybersecurity tools during overnight shifts
- Monitor system alerts, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and implement emergency patches
- Collaborate with global teams via ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct periodic system audits and security assessments during off-peak hours
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers with detailed context
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift or 24/7 operations experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting across hybrid environments
- Excellent written communication for remote team collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) preferred
