Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues using remote monitoring tools
- Manage service tickets and maintain detailed documentation in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Implement security protocols and system updates during low-traffic windows
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train junior staff on escalation procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift or on-call exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex network and application issues
- Proficiency in remote access tools (TeamViewer, RDP, VPN)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
