Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, specifically targeting the Cleveland, OH and Florida markets.
- Manage a high volume of candidates daily, conducting phone screens and interviews during night shift hours.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms to source and engage passive candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and hiring goals.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for remote hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a professional environment.
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience sourcing candidates in the US market is highly preferred.
