Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during overnight hours
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security threats
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system updates
- Mentor junior staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/Linux systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT, including weekends
- Proficient with Jira, Zendesk, and monitoring tools
