Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients via remote channels
- Monitor system health and proactively address critical incidents during overnight hours
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system changes in compliance protocols
- Conduct routine security audits and vulnerability assessments during off-peak hours
- Train and mentor new night shift associates on SOPs and escalation procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Exceptional written communication skills for cross-team documentation
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools
- Availability to work 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Central Time, Monday-Friday
