Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS platforms
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence and proactive client communication
- Document all interactions using Salesforce and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incidents and major deployments
- Maintain security protocols for remote access and data handling
- Participate in monthly cross-training for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with proven night shift or 24/7 experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and remote desktop tools
- Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Exceptional written communication skills for after-hours documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- High-speed home internet with redundant backup connection
- Proficient in Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
