Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex software/hardware issues remotely
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Proactively monitor system alerts and escalate critical issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or IT operations
- Proficient with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 PM CT)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
