Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, network outages, and security incidents during overnight hours
- Document all support tickets using our CRM system with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Train clients on best practices for remote security and system optimization
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and quick resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking protocols
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Comfortable working overnight shifts with flexible availability
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
