Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and chat.
- Manage a high volume of incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Conduct product training sessions and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and empathy when assisting clients with technical difficulties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Mandatory availability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM MST) on a full-time basis.
- Strong diagnostic skills with a deep understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, noise-free home office setup.
