Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote environments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
