- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Install and configure software applications across multiple platforms
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT infrastructure improvements
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional onsite support may be required)
