Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative roles across Denver and Texas.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networking sites.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on weekly hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for remote work experience.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Denver and Texas labor markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
