Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical or general recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
