Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for company web properties.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruiting strategies with SEO goals.
- Analyze recruitment data and SEO metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or recruitment.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
