Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday).
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in the Raleigh tech scene to advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
