Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct engaging phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and detailed information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software, IT, or Engineering).
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and common tech stacks (e.g., React, Python, Java, AWS).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Currently residing in Colorado Springs, CO (must be available for occasional local meetings).
